Welcome to a World of Learning
Welcome to the World of Learning includes units with a writing prompt that relates to the story. The purpose of these writing prompts is to help students in writing complete, clear sentences, using the correct punctuation and capitalization. Many times special education students have difficulty with developing and putting their thoughts together to write a complete sentence based on a given topic or one they are asked to write based on their experiences. The book assessments consist of the same comprehension question that I developed as classwork. Students are required to tell if the story is nonfiction or fiction.
Preserving Your Family History Through Copy Work & Restoration
Some of our most cherished memories are told by old photographs. It's a way to remember an event from childhood or love ones who are no longer with us. Over time, as photographs pass down from generation to generation they can get damaged. We take great care and pride in repairing photographs for future generations to enjoy. Because each situation is different, it all begins with a consultation and seeing what we are working with. From there, we can give you a quote of the cost and time it will take to complete the project.

ensemble ɛkstʁaktə stands for a new type of ensemble. Taking their cue from the insight that we live in post-exotic times in which many musical traditions prosper and proliferate in a way that ignores geographic, ethnic and ideological limitations and world orderings, the musical cosmopolitans of ensemble ɛkstʁaktə want to explore and examine the musical potential of traditions they know – as well as traditions alien to them.

TRACES
TRACES brings people of different backgrounds and perspectives together to speak with each other, respectfully and expectantly, in order to exchange experiences and opinions. In the process, old stereotypes and current ideological limits shift, making space for greater openness and new possibilities when we encounter one another. We tap the past for clues about what to avoid repeating in the future, as well as what worked well in the past that might serve us well now as we seek a better way forward towards a more peaceable world.

Avoiding Renter's Regret: Understanding Renter's Insurance Coverage
Moving into my first apartment brought along a whole series of new experiences. I didn't realize that the property insurance my landlord carried wouldn't cover my belongings. I was lucky to find out before anything happened, and I spent a lot of time researching the difference between renter's insurance and the property coverage for landlords. I built this site to share all of the information that I learned, including the insurance coverage best practices I picked up along the way. If you're new to renting and don't have any renter's insurance, I hope the information here helps you to see how it could benefit you and what you need to do to get it.

I'm a software engineer interested in software delivery and operations. I spend most of my time straddling the world of operations and software development. I want a world where everyone is comfortable being on-call and production is less intimidating to newcomers. I believe that software systems are sociotechnical. People matter more than technology, and the most valuable insights can be learned by studying how people spontaneously interact to solve problems. I write about distributed systems, observability, learning from incidents, and related topics. I work for [Honeycomb.io](https://www.honeycomb.io) as a Staff Engineer.
