Ben Moren is a Minneapolis based media artist working with filmmaking, performance, sculpture, and creative coding. His projects investigate the disappearing separation between digital media and the natural environment. He has created site specific and mixed reality projects for Northern Spark Festival in Minneapolis, Kulturpark in Berlin, and the Weisman Art Museum. He has exhibited at Soap Factory, Minneapolis Institute of Arts, IndieCade Los Angeles, Chicago Artists Coalition, and the Beijing Film Academy. He is an Associate Professor at Minneapolis College of Art and Design teaching in the Media Arts department and the Web + Multimedia Environments major.
