Texas Panhandle Centers Behavioral and Developmental Health (TPC), formerly known as Texas Panhandle Mental Health Mental Retardation, is part of the Texas Community Center system and is governed by a local board of trustees representing the citizens of the upper twenty-one counties of the Texas Panhandle. We serve individuals with behavioral health needs (mental illness), intellectual and developmental disabilities and children with developmental delays.

Mental Health Recovery Board Serving Warren and Clinton Counties (MHRB) is the local board of alcohol, **** addiction, and mental health services. Our role is to plan, fund, monitor, and evaluate the public system of services and programs serving residents of our two-county area. We contract with various non-profit agencies to deliver these services to help people recover from mental illness and addiction.

Since 1968, North Community Counseling Centers (NCCC) has been providing services to our community. With four locations, home, and school based programs, NCCC is able to reach out to individuals, couples and children throughout Franklin County who are struggling with challenges related to mental illness and addiction. NCCC is a non-profit mental health agency striving not only to educate, but to enrich the lives of the people it serves. In addition to individual, couple and group therapy, NCCC also offers case management, medicine management and medication assisted treatment.
